Strange as it may sound this book is in better condition than the pictures indicate.
It has been laminated including a reinforcement for the torn back cover.
The pages them selves are in fairly good condition some have orange on them from where a marker bled on them. Perfectly functional for academic purposes significantly less so for decorative purposes.
